Is a campsite owned and run by the community of the region, with financial proceeds allocated to the improvement of the community.
The community has a pto (permission to occupy) from the government. Then they can either try to really run it themselves or if they cannot, they can go into a management agreement with a 3rd party, normally for 10 years, and it is then managed by the 3rd party.
2) Basecamp – what is it?
Garmin BaseCamp is a map viewing software package primarily intended for use with Garmin GPS Navigation products. This is free software. Features:- View map and satellite imagery and transfer it to the GPS device.
- Plan trips by entering routes and waypoints and transferring them to the device.
