Very happy with this GPS unit! I upgraded from a Nuvi, so it’s still early days and I’m busy working my way through the product guides, etc but so far, all’s working well. I purchased this unit with the vehicle suction cup mount c/w speaker and this too works well. I have my T4A maps on SD card installed and looking forward to navigating our way on our next overland trip into Africa.

Excellent GPS unit. Integrates very well with Tracks4Africa maps and is easy to use. However Idid previously have the Montana 600 so the transition was without any problems. If you are new to this series the user guides and manuals are severely lacking in detail. Works well with the vehicle mount although there is some play because of the length of the connecting arm. The 600 series was better in this respect.
