You may have to reinstall a guide on the guide app due to a corrupted download, or because the guide did not update since a new release etc.
It is now possible for a user to uninstall a guide that was somehow incorrectly installed, e.g. because of a corrupted download.
(In the past users needed to uninstall the ENTIRE APP and then reinstall all their guides again if this happened).
Now users can go to:
- Top right hand corner: Menu
- Settings
- Scroll down to Guides
- Delete the relevant guide
- More Settings
We would suggest that you then exit the GUIDE APP completely, and start it up again, at which time you can then download the problematic guide again.
Apple is restricting the download of apps and in-app purchases in the App Store to 150Mb over a data connection. Therefore we suggest you try and use a strong internet connection and rather a WIFI connection if possible.
