Follow this process:

Go to your APPs in your settings – find the Tracks4Africa App and clear the data, and then reinstall the app.

Example: Steps in Android:

• Settings / Apps / Tracks4Africa App.
• Tap on “Storage”
• Tap on “Clear Data”
• Then go back to Settings / Apps / Tracks4Africa App
• Tap on “Uninstall”
• Then go to the Playstore
• Search for the NEW Tracks4Africa App
• Install it again (ie. once you login on the app it will recognise any prior purchases and you will be able to re-download your Map and Pois)
